Leveling Out the Feast and Famine Cycle

Every contractor knows about the feast and famine periods. For us it’s always the winter time that is brutally slow. The simple marketing I’ve set up for my own contracting business has leveled that out and kept a steady flow of new customers coming in. It took some time to ramp up, so I recommend starting when times are good so that by the time the slowdown starts, you’re already ahead of the game.

Like most things, marketing takes time to work. You can’t just decide to try some marketing on Monday and solve all your problems by Friday. It just doesn’t work that way. It’s one of those things that takes advantage of the snowball effect. You start slow and build momentum over time until you see a consistent flow of new customers calling you to work on their house.

Results Within Months

The fundamentals methods and procedures we use produce great results 100% of the time. We build online assets that you own so you are not required to keep paying us indefinitely to keep your system running. You own and control all of it, so it becomes an asset for your business. The foundation of this system consists of two things: A website and a Google Maps Listing.

You may already have these things, but are they working for you? If they are, then perhaps they can be improved. If they are already as good as they can be, then we can build on that. For most people reading this, the answer to that last question is, “No, these things are not working for me.”

The website we build are designed with a purpose: To show people that you have what they are looking for where they are looking for it. We make it easy for them to contact you and we make it easy for you to manage these contacts without getting buried in “stuff to do” and falling behind on these important conversations.

The Google Maps Listing has the same purpose. Show people what you do, where you do it, and show them how you are the perfect person for the job.

A lot of companies have a decent website and a Google Maps Listing, but they still don’t get very many phone calls. This is because nobody can find your website or listing. That’s the other half of the coin and something we are great at. It tools years to perfect, but we have effective methods for making sure we are found on Google so we can make sure you are too.

Let's get this problem fixed once and for all

Once this basic foundation is set, the sky is the limit for building and growing your overall marketing strategy. However, if you don’t have this foundation laid properly, anything built on top of it will crumble. That’s why we begin every project here. If you think your foundation has some cracks in it, we’re happy to speak with you and figure out how to fix them.

Search Engine Optimization for the Groundwater Industry

The groundwater industry is our favorite one to work in. It’s growing extremely fast compared to other industries. It’s not that there are a lot of new companies popping up. There aren’t. It’s that the companies that have been around for decades are just now moving onto the internet. But why?

They are following their customers. Each year the average age of a first-time homebuyer stays the same, but the people at that age are different. More and more millennials are buying homes and needing wells and water pumps. They don’t even know what the Yellowpages is… They use Google on their smartphone to find what they need.

The groundwater companies that have figured this out are raking it in right now. There is just no competition online. That will change over time and we are here to usher in that change. Every company needs to catch up with the fundamentals and we have shaped our entire company around that.

Getting found on Google is an art and a science. We’ve mastered the technical aspects and paired that with our seasoned knowledge of marketing. People change, but humans don’t. People just want to make smart decisions for themselves so let’s make sure you are the smart decision they’ll make next.

Google Ads for Well Drillers and Pump Contractors

PPC advertising is the best way to get seen on top of search engines fast. The pay per click model means you pay each time someone clicks on your advertisement. These clicks can be costly so you need to make sure you aren’t taking people to a website that will convince them not to hire you.

Unless you are willing to spend 100’s of hours studying analytics and testing different ads, it’s best to leave this kind of thing to seasoned marketers. With us, your ads will benefit from our years of experience and comprehensive skillset.

Some Google Ads marketers like to pretend that knowing how to make some ads is enough, but we know that it’s critical to understand all aspects of marketing in order to get the best results. While running an ad campaign we will be constantly checking your analytics, monitoring your SEO, and adapting your website to the types of people clicking on your ads. It resembles an orchestra and sounds great when it’s working well… It sounds like $.
